The Academy Learning Centre is a leading provider of supplementary education for children aged between 8-18. Our programme has been expertly created by qualified professionals in the fields of Maths, English and Science. Our lessons not only prepare your child to achieve academic success in school, but they’re also developed to build essential skills for life outside of school, including university and in future careers. Our bespoke, carefully created programmes are guaranteed to help children build a resilient mindset and ensure they stay driven and motivated.
who are we
We are proud to work with some of the best teachers that the country has to offer because we have exceptional teaching standards, and parents and schools trust us with enhancing the skills and confidence of their children.
Our classes focus primarily on the core subjects of Maths, English and Science. Also, our non-KS3 students are offered Core Skills Lessons or Homework Club. Our fresh and innovative approach to these lessons means that we can offer them in a variety of different forms, such as online through live teaching sessions, or through a self-study approach with weekly tutor check-ins to monitor progress.

Our teachers are recruited from a background of academic specialisms in Maths, English and Science.They are knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects, and really able to support and inspire students. Our teachers come from some of the top academic institutions, many of whom are either experienced private tutors, or PGCE/ QTS qualified.
Weekly Homework
We set homework every week that is based on the national curriculum to help students practice and strengthen skills learned during lessons. This enables teachers to give targeted feedback and support, and it also encourages students to become independent learners.

Ms Tamimi
Ms. Tamimi is a passionate scientist currently studying for an MRes at University College London in the field of brain development.
Mr Brennan
Originally born in Bolton, Lancashire, he moved to North London to study International History (BA) at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Mr. P. Jupolli
Mr. Jupolli is originally from Kosova but moved to England when he was just a few months old.
